A Barcelona Card will give you free transport in the city and immediate surrounds for the Metro and buses and trains. A Card costs around €25 for an adult for two days and gives you admission to many attractions either free or for a discounted price.
You can also get a two day travel card for less than €10 for an adult and this gives you any number of trips on the metro, tmb buses and FGC urban train journeys over two consecutive days.
You can also buy a 10 journey booklet for use on metro or buses and some trains – for a cost of from about €7 up to €28 euro depending on the number of zones you want to cover. Single tickets are about €1.50.
